Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public access to many court and public records, but the correct custodian depends on the record type. In Hodgeman County, District Court case files, probate filings, divorce cases, traffic cases, and certified court copies route through the Clerk of the District Court. County administrative and election records route through the Hodgeman County Clerk. Jail, warrant, and sheriff records start with the sheriff's office, while certified marriage and divorce certificates are handled by KDHE Office of Vital Statistics.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to the Hodgeman County District Court, Hodgeman County offices, the sheriff, KDHE, KBI, or any Kansas Judicial Branch office. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file court papers or send records requests for anyone
- We cannot issue certified copies of court documents or vital records
- We cannot give legal advice or interpret how a specific Kansas case applies to a person
- We cannot guarantee that every fee, phone number, address, or office hour is current at all times
Only the issuing court, clerk, sheriff, or state agency can confirm an official record or provide a certified copy.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing, operate their own systems, and control their own results. When a visitor uses one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, this site may earn a referral fee. That revenue supports the free Hodgeman County record-reference content, but it does not make any third-party result an official Kansas record.
